The first painting in my Along the Jordan series follows my plein air journey to Three Creeks Confluence along the Jordan River Parkway in Salt Lake City. From forgetting my paint palette on the first trip to returning to paint entirely on location, this piece marks the beginning of documenting the river one painting at a time.
